Im sure the ref can look into his eyes a whole lot more than guys in seats or tv and see Mc kenzies look .
He asks him to walk forward and he does not respond .
If Mckenzie gets hurt we all complain .

My view was it was coming and that the ref just stopped him getting badly hurt, let's not forget he didn't do one of the things the ref asked and he also never threw a punch back... IMHO I feel it was a little quick but there is no doubting what was coming IMHO... I've answered the question so many times now so hopefully that puts it to bed ;-)

He may not have done things the ref asked, but the ref deemed him fit to continue. That being the case, being rushed at like a bull in a china shop and then failing to land a single shot should not mean your opponent gets stopped.
Your hypothesis that the ref stopped him getting badly hurt, is just that, an hypothesis.

its the same bull**** every time frank warren put on a show, his fighters get every chance when their in trouble( not saying bellew was in trouble) and then get quick stoppages as soon as they land with a half decent shot.refs and judges favour warrens fighters and in return they get more work off him.

Yep. He dropped his hands as Bellew dived in and the ref **** himself. Don't know why anyone thinks it was a deliberate stoppage to get the win for Bellew, McKenzie had shot his bolt by then.

Poor stoppage, but only a matter of time. Really rated Bellew prior to Bob and Ovil, he could really do with setting somebody up with shots rather than trying to take their head off with every one. He reminds me of Tavoris Cloud
