Both Dawson and Hopkins desperate to kick his ass, very unlikely he can beat either in the rematch and who ever he fights I see him losing BADLY and then slowly dropping off the radar.

Even if he loses to either, he's still got a Bute money fight left in Montreal. It's not quite the end for another 1-2 years minimum.

IMO pascal beats dawson, johnson, shumenov, brehmer and cloud. unless he can adjust he aint gonna beat hopkins in a rematch, nor do i think he could beat froch.

Bar the knockdowns, the Pascal-Hopkins fight went exactly how I thought it would, and I’m absolutely **** at giving predictions! Which speaks volumes about Pascal’s glaring vulnerabilities. After six or so rounds, his explosiveness diminishes quite rapidly and he’s there for the taking. He was fortunate when Dawson, ever so bizarrely, let him slip get away. And he was even more fortunate to keep his belts against Old-Man Bernard, who from round 4 onwards, was teaching him a lesson.

I like the guy, but his reign as the light heavyweight king will not last long. Hopefully he can prove me wrong, though.

I give him a much better chance against Hopkins in a rematch honestly. I feel like if he rematches Dawson he'll get destroyed. With Hopkins, though he definitely won the other night, it was obvious how much his physical abilities are fading. I don't know if he can do what he did the other night again.

That's what amazed me. I thought he was messing around at first and just taking a round or so off but he did that for the rest of the fight. And it's not like he threw a ton of punches the first half of the fight to tire himself out. I don't see how the dude's stamina can be so awful. This guy makes Jermain Taylor look like Lance Armstrong.

just cuz a young buck loses to a legend doesnt mean hes finished.

the wbc need to get bhop his rematch.

or give bhop the title, and im sure theyle create another b/s title for the pascal v dawson 2 fight.

maybe give bhop a special oap wbc belt.and recognise him as the righfull winner and ring champion.

and let pascal and dawson fight over some other b/s wbc title.

See, this is what annoyed me more than anything else. Being 46, Hops isn’t in a position where he can say “**** it, I’ll get you in the rematch”. How much more can he give at his age? Could he put himself through another training camp?

He made history that night, and they snatched it from him.

pascal is stuck actually, dawson will probably ko him, hopkins schools him in he Us. Bute already has a fight.
Best move in his position: back injury, wait few months, comeback fight vs a bum. Face 46 year old hopkins increase dramatically, vacate the belt and avoid dawson. then bute money fight, after that face cloud if he still hold a belt. But this is highly unlikely and he will probably lose his next fight.
