End of year World Rankings

Well it's your rankings so you can do what you want with them Rob.

It's near impossible to fairly rank each division anyway especially when a large majority of fights are handpicked and boxers move up and down in weight so freely these days.

I'd just do a round up of each division instead:

At heavy I don't think Adamek is justified being ranked so high, nor chagaev. Solis should be higher.

Andrade higher than Abraham at SMW? At LWW I'd probably put Maidana higher than Kotelnik too.

Being a bit picky but meh

 

I know this is a little off topic but I see Manny Pacquiao titles at two different weights one of which is a WBO belt, how come they(The WBO) haven't stripped him like they did Sergio Martinez??

Lebedev should be above Huck if the point of these rankings is to actually make a legit list based on knowledge. If its just ranking people on 'official' results what does that achieve? Anyone can trawl boxrec for records and make a list, it would be more useful if there was input and discussion about things like that.

 

How come you have my Ajose Olusegun at number 14 in the LWW below Paul McCloskey. Ajose is undefeated and has won the WBF Intercontinental belt, the African Boxing Union title, the reigning Commonwealth champion and former British champion undefeated, unbeatable and current WBC number 1 contender, soon to defeat Ali Chebah in January 2011 in the final world title eliminator before contesting and finally winning the prestigious WBC belt won by greats such as the great Julio Cesar Chavez Senior.
