Meldrick Taylor is his best win, and he was losing until he got a gift.
Hector camacho is another good win.
Dont start on the Whitaker fight that was a damn robbery.

Roy Jones beat better fighters and dominated more convincingly in alot of cases not even losing a round.

I think I'll go with Roy Jones.

His body of work at 175lbs is impressive. I appreciate guys who establish and defend divisional championships. A few belts from 160/168 for seasoning, and add a prestigious strap up at HW to the pot, I think that's a really tasty meal. His resume is solid if unspectacular, there are a host of credible names that people seem to forget about to compliment his win over a prime James Toney.

Chavez's record seems padded and artificial to a certain extent. He's a great fighter, no doubt. And there are six or seven notable names, and a couple of great wins. But I just feel Roy's career is more memorable and unique.

Chavez by a clear margin, RJJ is overrated, fantastic physical skills but really pissed away his prime. Also was battered around in his post prime, and please don't tell me he is "shot" - it is just that he is missing his reflexes and sub-par opposition.

Chavez hasnt beat anyone nearly as good as Toney or Hopkins. I'm sure a few will pipe up and talk about the wide punching Taylor and Rosario, but they're obviously wrong

jones was also fighter of the decade in the 90s. your ignorance is proven by saying that chavez got a draw with whitaker. you probably think holyfield deserved a draw in his fight vs lewis.

You think that chavez is superior to jones, now i can understand nationalk pride sunshine but the fact that you cant even state chavezs best wins or scalps shows you have no idea.

Once you name his best wins i will decapitate your post and show you the goods.

Haha just like i thought you dont wanna look like a fool doing it.

Thanks for playing. I have been asking for the same thing 3 times already and you are obviously avoiding it. For the same reason the hardcore fans know.

Roy Jones was great athletically but to say his resume is great is crazy. If anything thats the thing that will hold him back from being higher than Hopkins PBF and Pac on the ATG list.
