There are defintely some questions mark's in Roy's career....but this is a guy who held the P4P#1 title for a decade... when he was in his prime, especially at 168, he was the most dominant fighter I've seen. Chavez fought more of course and is a hero in Mexico but I feel Roy is above Chavez in the P4P rankings.
