Haye by decision unless Peter catches him with the right. It will probably resemble Valuev fight with Haye running from Peter throwing an occasional punch as Haye does not have the size to clinch like Wlad or the chin to fight like Vitali.

An earlier version of Peter beat a sadly faded Toney. A sadly faded Toney has about twice the boxing skills of David Haye. If you were to put the Sam peter from the first Wlad fight into the ring with the current Haye, he would win by KO in about the 6th round.
Hard to tell, because Haye hasn't fought anybody remotely dangerous as someone like Peter. Sums up his heavyweight campaign at the moment...
That's why I voted Peter (and maybe a little because I hate Haye's guts), he has a porous defence and a suspect chin. I think that's why he didn't fight anyone dangerous up 'till now, the risk of losing is quite big!
