i am a huge haye fan but i think this video shows more that he doesnt wanna fight. he already aid he achieved his goals and will retire and he doesnt seem to think any unification fight will happen.

That's entirely possible given the size and power of Wladimir and the insane trembling fear that Haye displays when he sees him.
I think wlad plays it safe and takes haye into deep waters then knocks him out in the later rounds when he is very low on stamina. Haye´s best shot is to get inside and hurt wladimir early on, which is really possible given haye´s style he just needs to watch out for the jab. I really hope it happens april 16 2011, definitely going then.
