And the last round as well. If you count the knock down it's a 1 point fight. :yep He was coming off a loss too.

but not very smart or durable...if he had fought Chavez with a shred of intelligence he would have emerged as the winner.

Prime JC Chavez stops Kosta much like Vince Phillips stopped a prime version of Kosta.

If you can't handle small tough guys like Laporte and Lockridge or a Frankie Randall twice, what are your chances against Tszyu?

all were quick boxers (which realistically give anyone hell)...kostya moves like a robot....

it would've been chapo vs chavez all over again.....

Against the Chapo Rosarios of the world he looked unbeatable. Against Laporte, Lockridge, DLH, Whitaker, Miguel Gonzalez he looked like ****.

with over 100 fights and the fact that he ducked no one, and chased challenges, you can't always look great....plus, you know damn well he wasn't in his prime anymore when he faced oscar...lockridge was a very bad man who also gave bazooka a run for his money, laporte got beat on his home turf, whitaker got the best of him while chavez was slipping, and outta his weight class (though i think pea beats him everytime)..and miguel angel gonzalez, are you ****en serious...by that time chavez was done...

but of course kostya wouldn't know anything about this cause he never took on any challenges....just defended the ibf in the comfort of his own home (then he wonders why nobody knew of him )...got ktfo cold, came back to win and unify a division that was weaker than boom_booms knees after sucking off manny for 6 years....

If in your prime you can't handle the pressure of a Vince Phillips, What's the chance of you handling if not thee, one of the greatest Pressure fighters of all time.?

Chavez never lost in his prime.

and chavez has many of the same caliber of opponents that pretty much make up kostyas resume...only difference is that chavez also fought great fighters, and chased challenges....

    RUBEN CASTILLO
    ROGER MAYWEATHER
    FRANCISO TOMAS DE CRUZ
    RODOLFO AGUILAR
    KENNY VISE
    ALBERTO CORTES
    KYUNG DUK AHN
    JOHN DUPLESSIS
    LONNIE SMITH
    ANGEL HERNANDEZ
    FRANKIE MITCHELL
    MARTY JAKUBOWSKI
    ANDY HOLLIGAN
    GIOVANNI PARISI
    DAVID KAMAU
    KEN SIGURANI

    AND MANY MANY MORE......

ALL GUYS WITH GREAT RECORDS, SOME UNDEFEATED...BUT THE POINT IS CHAVEZ HAS MANY GUYS ON HIS RESUME THAT CAN EQUAL MOST OF KOSTYAS.....THE DIFFERENCE IS THAT CHAVEZ MOVED UP A FEW DIVISIONS AND BEAT A LOT OF OTHER GREAT FIGHTERS.....
