Truly great fighter: Manny "The Mexicutioner" Pacquaio
Overrated Mexican ATG: Julio "The Mexicabbiecutioner" Chavez

Even if you didn't know them you can tell the difference by their respective nicknames. :deal

There really isn't any argument bro. Chavez is top 20, 15, and even 10. Tszyu is lucky if he makes it in the higher part of the top 100.

It's like saying Hatton is a greater fighter than Duran. Same exact ****, it makes no sense.

Hell, I'd be inclined to say Hatton and Tszyu should be ranked almost side by side!

My guess is this troll Casa is just trolling.

Chavez never beat a great fighter. His signature win is a controversial win over Meldrick Taylor.

His resume is good but not great. Why exactly is he rated that high? Because he is El Gran Campeon Mexicano?

Now top that off with the styles of this fight.

Chavez punch activity and intelligent pressure will pose huge problems for Tszyu, who would be forced into fighting backwards and defensively for much of the fight. The issue is not the pressure alone, but the fact that Chavez uses many angles to turn opponents, and when focused he was great at slipping punches and countering on the inside.

Chavez would not allow Tszyu the room to get his straight punches off.

    Vince Phillips style baby!

sooo ****en true....chavez would be at kostyas chest all night not letting him find any leverage what so ever to land, or even throw that right hand....and even if he did, chavez would've probably just laughed and landed a few liver shots to even the score......

This dude is just trolling, there is no way you can be so critical of Chavez resume and list of prime wins. Then be so easy on a guy who lost in his prime and never avenged the defeat, never even tried. Also never tried to move up. C'mon, He is just ****ing with you Fred.

You should check out fights where Chavez was forced to fight backwards. Against the "great" Lockridge. Or outhustled on the inside by Juan Laporte.
Both clearly smaller than him. Not to mention the straight right of Frankie Randall...or the paint job Oscar did on him...
