I agree. But Mosely's not as shot as you think he is. And you say you don't consider a beatdown a good fight....neither do I really....but who would pac fight where it wouldn't be a beatdown? JMM maybe...but only if the fight is at 140 pounds or possible 143 or something. But barring that perfect senario do you really think there is a competitive fight immediately availible to pac? Do you really think Berto does better then Mosely? **** man I think Shanes a better fighter through 5 rounds right now then Berto is. Sure its a 12 round fight but what do you think the chances are Berto would be doesn't get run out of the fight in the first 4 rounds anyways? I'd say pretty slim. Difference is MAB is borderline retired and EM has proven he's not operating on an elite level with recent performances. JMM has proven at 135 he's still capable of beating top guys even though he is having a lot more difficutlties than he should. It will still be exciting in terms of action!

JMM and Shane are fights that PAC wins in dominating fashion.. Neither guy really brings much to the table in terms of comp...ESPECIALLY JMM above 140. Shane at least has power.

JMM's "History with PAC" bit is just as weak as Shane's "living legend" bit. But the fact is BOTH will generate money which in this game is the end all be all. I don't like it either but it is what it is. I'm a boxing fan and I'll end up buying the fight knowing the outcome is pretty much set in stone.

 

Stupid fight. Only *******s are going to agree with it. Everyone else knows it's a stupid fight. Even if by some miracle Mosley were to win, it doesn't matter, he doesn't deserve this fight against the P4P #1. But then again, Clottey and Margarito didn't either.

I knew people would start trying to justify this fight by talking about Mayweather. Why is that relevant? And if he waits till next year to fight JMM, JMM will probably be past it by then.

Mosley would have murdered Katsidis inside 1 round, JMM looking good against a LW contender means nothing. He ran away from WW but then thinks he deserves a fight with Pac there? Despite not having made the effort at 140/147 since his 1 sided loss there.

BOTH JMM & Mosley are shite fights really. I want Martinez or Berto. Even though I think at this point Mosley would still stop Berto.
