No matter Pac's opponent, the majority of people will be angry.

Pac will fight for 3 more yrs. He's got ample time to fight all 3 of them. The only thing that can change that is if the Pac/FMJ bout can be made next year.

Seems like Berto is a more favorable opponent now for some reason, I recall a lot of people saying it would be too easy a fight for Pac. Andre is the best choice because he is young, fresh and has not been beaten easily by Mayweather. He's also a legit WW, with a WBC belt and you could pay him the least. Not only that but it would be a highlight reel fight, both guys would connect hard, mostly Pac of course.

What's funny is how many people were saying Mosley was shot when Cotto outboxed him in 2007, but when Floyd fought him in 2010 he was still in his prime. LOL. Everyone knows Mosley is shot now, but for some reason when it's a Floyd opponent, that goes out the window.

barerra, morales, dlh, hatton, cotto, marg, etc...whoever manny beats is a "shot fighter" in hindsight.

I don't think that was the case. People were asking for Mayweather to fight Mosley. In fact, people were saying Floyd was scared to fight Mosley. Mayweather dominated and then the real "Mosley is shot" comments were flowing.

Either way, this fight has nothing to do with the ability of Mosley. Whether he can win or not isn't the reason I don't like this fight. He simply doesn't deserve it. How do you get dominated, then draw with a C fighter, and get a shot at the P4P #1? That can only make sense to Bob Arum. I love watching Pac fight. But this is a waste fight it seems. Just a complete time waster.

You think people weren't saying Mosley was past it when Cotto beat him in 2007? You see how you rewrite history just to make Floyd look good. Just cause people said Floyd was scared to fight Mosley (I never did) doesn't mean that they didn't think he was past his best in 2007.

berto has never deserved it and anything except floyd is an anti-climax.
at least with marquez there would be some expectancy in the air.

but it's really ****ing sad that the biggest fight in boxing can't be made.

its just shows you how bad times are in this sport. imagine how many how many great fights you would have never seen if fighters in the past acted like this.

Please explain to me how anyone could be upset with Pac-Marquez III... I'll take it at 147, who cares? I bet Marquez would take it at 160.

How am I rewriting history? I'm sure there were tons of people saying it after the Cotto fight. And If people want to say he was shot when he fought Mayweather, fine. Still makes this fight a complete joke. And I doubt he's going to get better than at the point in which he fought Mayweather. Fight makes no sense either way you slice it.

And I don't even care if Mosley is "shot" now. That has nothing to do with why I hate the fight. It's because he doesn't deserve it and there are better options.

If Pac fights either Mosley, Marquez or Berto it won't be a good fight.

Like stated before...Mosley doesn't deserve a shot, all he has left is his NAME!

Berto is to green, even though he is a "champ" :patsch, and I forsee an easy Pac victory here.

Marquez would only be good if fought at 135 which Pac won't do. At 147 it won't even be a fight. But either way, Pac is way ahead of Marquez now.

The only real fight out there is Mayweather but that won't happen either. The only way it will happen is if Pac shows ANY SIGNS OF FADING! That is when Mayweather will jump the gun. But with the type of opposition they are putting on Pac that won't show either.
