My thoughts are that I don't like it and would've preferred Bradley/Alexander winner, Marquez III, or Berto in that order over Shane Mosley. I find it interesting that yet again Pacquiao is facing Mayweather scraps. That said, I don't understand Rafael's tweet "Boxing has lost a lot of fans tonight" and people acting like it's the end of the world. I am always on the Mayweather side of their endless and inevitable debates, but it's not like he is fighting Abregu or anything. Aside from the three potential fights I listed that I would much rather see, there are not many more before Mosley's name pops up.
Mosley won't make the 8th round. If he froze and got winded against mayweather in 3 rounds, manny won't let him breathe and will bombard him to a TKO.
same here, but once again they show they don't care about what fans want to c, rather where the money is....aint goin hate on them though, gots to make that money....just thankful to see him lacing it up
anything can happen in the ring, its possible, but also possible for shane to do it too....b nice to see manny do it since its never happened to shane before
I think Pac can KO Mosley, but in the late rounds because of Pacs conditioning, his forward aggressive style, Punch output, and he's in his prime. But I also belive Mosley has a very good chance of KOing Pac as well, Pac takes risks because of that style and is not as defensive as Floyd. But if Mosley cant catch Pac early his oppertunities will wither away. Mosley looked terrible in his last two fights. But against Floyd, most do. And at 154, Mosley has never really been that good. Either way Mosley is not a fighter in his prime. I was hoping they would of gone with Berto, but at least this isn't a catch weight fight.
The thing is, how much credit will Manny get if he does KO Mosley? I guess I'll have to see how it plays out.
