I think Wlad does. Boente seems to be a big problem on their side. Look at his attitude about the possibility of fighting in Vegas, which was so confrontational and abrupt. All he said was "Absolutely no way will ever happen in Vegas". Just a ridiculous attitude from someone who is supposed to be negotiating to ensure that a fight happens. Even if Wlad doesn't want it there, he should give fair reasons why not and still consider it as a possibility, but the fact is, that Wlad said he would fight in Vegas, yet he still had the attitude that fighting in Vegas should not be considered.

I don't trust him at all. When Booth asked him for open, public negotiations, he didn't accept. Is this why?

Boot from the start said he was willing to make negotiations public, for this reason im more willing to side with him.

Beonte seems overlly difficult on trivial matters.

You know what, boente saying there is no point negotiating says it all. they have a concrete deal in mind, and unless booth agrees to it all (which by all accounts he now has done) the fight won't happen.

The fight has broken down 3 times to date (between haye and a klitschko.

time one, haye was a challenger and wanted a better deal. haye's fault but understandable.

time two, haye was back wholly by setanta and they went bust so he pulled out. haye's fault but understandable.

time three, wlad offered 50/50, haye faught audley. haye's fault and not understandable, pushed most people away from his fanclub.

the situation now, they seem to agree on every point, haye has finally manned up, booth and boente are in talks. haye and booth are doing everything in their power to make the fight.

i say bring it on. lets not use the past to murk the present.

if boente is so confident that there is no better offer, just sign the damn clause. the whole thing was his friggin idea to begin with!

This is my stance too. I understand people doubting Booth but if he was lying, why would he be the one pushing for open negotiations? If two people are suspected of something, it would be the innocent one who requests a lie detector, not the guy who actually did it. Saying "no" makes me thinks Boente is the one with something to hide.

Exactly.... If Boente wants proof of a better German TV deal before adding the extra to the pot. Put it in the contract and get it signed

Yet comes out and already doesnt tell the whole truth.
Yes Haye has agreed to 50/50 but Booth didnt tell us that they want Wlad to pay the difference between what ARD will pay without showing proof that ARD will even but the fight lol

Why is it so hard for Booth to show proof that ARD will buy the fight?
Sauerland have said ARD will buy the fight so why cant they get an ARD exectutive to prove it?

No german TV will pay more than RTL!!!!

And Sauerland knows this very well. He works with RTL (Schulz and Maske) but RTL pulls out because Sauerland had no stars any more.

Sauerland gets 1,4 Million Euro for every event (the whole event!).

Because Boente is asking for a signed contract which would need to be drawn up by solicitors.... Sauerland may have agreed a verbal agreement as to price with ARD but getting a signed contractual agreement is a whole different issue that takes more than a day

You don't know that.... RTL may have the power to outbid any other German station but as it stands they are paying a contracted pre agreed fee of £3m for every Wlad fight... this is a unification fight with bad blood which has already got most of the world talking about it.... you would have to be dumb or ignorant to think ARD who are in bed with Sauerland couldn't offer 500k-1m more... of course they ****ing could....stop jumping to your poster boys defence and join the rest of us that just want the fight made.... ****ing fan boys.... get a sense of perspective

Yeah thats true but Booth has been saying for a while now that they can get more fighting on another channel away from RTL.
He said this also on Ringside if im not mistaken so seems strange they wouldnt have this offical letter long ago instead of just having Sauerlands workd for it which in all honestly means sh1t.
