Anyone with even a moderate sense of reasoning would question *why* Booth won't produce tangible proof as to the *extra* that Bonte has to pay.

If that is all it takes to get the fight rolling, and Booth just can't seem to produce a legit document substantiating the amount he says............that would lead ANYone to believe he's making this up.

I have read that trying to deal with Booth was like dealing with a child who had no idea what he was doing. This is merely another example of that.

Maybe Booth's dog ate the papers he can't produce? LOL

 

No, you don't have this right, Boente isn't the one who has to do any suing. It's very simple. Boente signs the contract, and then doesn't make any attempt to pay. When the Haye team tries to force the courts to make him pay, the court will politely point out to my Haye that putting something in a contract which asks for payment of compensation for potential losses requires proof of how much those losses are, and furthermore to ask for money as part of a contract that Haye/Booth are not legally entitled to, on the basis of a false offer, would be fraud! They can't legally do that, the contract would be called invalidated and Haye/Booth would be liable to the tune of tens of millions infact the whole cost of the fight.

It's lunacy, and it doesn't stand up to scrutiny at all.

no chef, what boente should do is put to pen to paper on what he said. once the fight is signed, ARD can approach boente and booth, if they do come up with a better offer, k2 pays the 50% difference.
