There will always be haters no matter what he achieved justlike in Pacquiao's case. It's in the territory.

Uh...ok. I think you just proved the OP's point big time. No matter what he accomplishes in his career, he's always going to have a british accent, always going to be pretty, and he's certainly not going to become humbler. That basically guarantees that you and people who think like you do will always hate him no matter what.

Such a bad thread. Khan couldn't beat half of the fighters you listed, much less all of them. Be more realistic if you want a realistic discussion.

Not true. I never bring the "heart" argument up. Anyone who gets in the ring, let alone at a world class level, is oozing heart. Anyone who says otherwise is a fool. I don't think it is "heart" to stay on your feet. I believe it is skill.

Yo, he's #23 on my P4P list. I never let my outward opinions of anyone get in the way of how I view their accomplishments.

Why bother? Maidana was a much, much bigger threat and a much bigger puncher, and Khan beat him. It would almost be going backwards to rematch Prescott now.

maybe, but ppl will always hold it against him even after he retires. KT said the same thing about cool vince, and was arguably correct; however, ppl still use the fact he didn't attempt to get revenge against him. and that was actually a competitive loss against a to fighter. for kahn, it's arguably worse considering the way he lost and the caliber of fighter.

....hardly ever is in a boring fight. Either he KO's spectacularly, gets KOed spectacularly or makes it a 12 round war.

    Love him.

This is why I like him so much as a fighter too.

The guy has tons of heart, and is willing and determined to be the best there is in his division...

He'll fight anyone, even if that means going out on his shield in the process.

How can you not like that as a boxing fan?

Interesting skill. How does someone go about devolping that skill? Do I get beaten during training while trying to stay standing? I agree that it takes a ton of heart to get in the ring but it also takes a huge amount of determination to stay on your feet while being assaulted.

Bradley is a more well-rounded fighter than Khan. Effective at more than just one range, not as flawed with footwork, defense, infighting.

Khan has the superior physical gifts.

He's clearly said that he isn't ready for Mayweather right now and thinks he will be by 2012.
