I think I'd put my money on Mosley in that one. The Mosley that beat Oscar in their first fight was so explosive and fast. Manny's chin wouldn't hold up and feet wouldn't get him away in time.
Not a thread to be taken seriously Why? Well because Manny Pacquiao can't be discussed seriously above 130 lbs. He honestly can't unless you're a *******. Meanwhile Shane Mosley had his prime at 147.... Even a hypothetical discussion makes no sense whatsoever. It's kinda like comparing a prime Ali with a prime Robinson....makes no sense.
Mosley was still pretty old and worn even in his victory over Marg. Marg was just too slow to get away and that come forward style is made to order for Mosley. Mosley pulls his punches now, He was so accurate and crisp back in his prime. It was awesome to watch, now it's almost painful.
The Mosley from the Margo fight was pretty much the Mosley from the Cotto fight and the Collazo fight and the Mayweather fight. It's the fighters he's fighting that are making him look so different. ...Anyway, Mosley by knockout, prime for prime.
The mosley from the Marg fight was the same from the Mayorga. I think he was still game and not shot vs. cotto but the Cotto battle took the last pieces of him that made him special.
Yea, pac is having a serious streak of fighting completely shot fighters. But hey, he's jumping weight classes to meet them.
Nope. The only fighter he's faced that wasn't viable anymore was ODLH, and that was nobody's fault but Oscar's. He just hasn't faced a great version of a great fighter since moving up above 130. You guys are such drama queens. The worst guy he's faced at 135+ is David Diaz, who was a respectable lower level titlist of a good pedigree. Sorry, not playing the extremes game on either end.
