Let me rephrase that. It's off-competition random testing. They CAN test you anytime, or not at all. It is random with no cut-off dates year round. No 24 days cutoff, no 14 days, no 0 days up to the event. Simply year round, anytime. There's also the regular in-competition testing that tests in or around competition time.
