It's not all *******s to be fair, but I agree, those rating Pacquiao over Roberto Duran need to be shot.

Duran never had any controversies about him taking steroids. No matter how many fighters Pac beat, there will still be tv programs and documentaries complaining about Pac taking steroids with more proof than there is now unfortunately. Me personally I refuse to believe that Pacquiao never took anything, but as long as he isnt proved guilty my opinion doesnt mean ****. So credit to Pacquiao, but he is no Duran.

Nah, he's talking about the former bantamweight who won a middleweight belt. Funny how you say 'who didn't do well in the heavier weights', because I seem to remember Duran turning pro at around 118lbs, notching is first good win against Ernesto Marcel at 130lbs, and then titles at 135, 147, 154 and 160.

I don't think he should be rated over Duran in terms of ATG status, but if had to pick who would win in a fight at 147 I'd take Pac. However, Pac without steroids would have been destroyed by Duran.

Pacquiao aint even the best southpaw in the last 30 years, I personally think both Pea and the Marvelous one should be ahead of him.

Can anyone see Pacquiao fighting Leonard,Hagler,Hearns,Benitez and Barkley at 147 and up?

At least he fought a threat, who is Manny fighting? Over the hill Mosley? Hell, prime Mosley woulda done Pacquiao in like that aswell. What the hell do you think would happen to Pacquiao had that Tommy got to him?

Peak Hearns at 154lbs would have brutally, brutally knocked out Pacquiao and many other greats aswell, what's your point? Pacquiao has never faced anybody as great as a peak Hearns throughout his entire career, let alone 3 weights above his best weight and past his prime. Past prime Duran - 4 weights above his best - also went the distance with a prime Marvin Hagler, conveniently failed to mention that didn't you?
