I knew someone would say this and I slightly do nowadays, to be honest I usually had roy jones and whitaker above pacquiao but ever since him beating cotto schooling clottey and destroying 20 pound higher maragrito for another belt I think it is not that weird if you have him slightly above pea. Im not saying that he beats any of those guys, toplists are based on accomlishments right not h2h, but I believe whitaker and hearns beat pacquiao, forrest and trinidad 50/50 or slightly in their favour, I also believe ray robinson and ray leonard beat him, he beats duran at 147 loses below and beats armstrong but loses to mosley at 135.
