    Pascal did 'barely' enough to retain his belt.

    A Draw was a very good decision in Canada. In Germany Pascal would have won 116-112 folks.

    I thought BHop mounted a strong enough comeback winning successive rounds and should have gotten the nod. Dood is just amazing. Some people knock him for certain tactics but you just can't deny how great the guy is.

    Had Bhop by 2 rounds and the last round was the closest round that Jean actually showed some life after round 3. Really bad decision that JP was lucky to secure a very contraversial draw. Not that I have anything wrong with scoring the last round a 10-10 but I think the judge who did that was doing JP a favor.

    i agree, pascal did next to eff all after the third, i nearly scored one of the rounds 10-8 to hopkins, cant remember which exactly, not long after the 3rd though!

    i scored hopkins winning by a point or two

    question whether pascal took anything after round 3 really, he was rubbish for the rest of the fight

    Yea....I think everyone knows Nard really won the fight but the 2 KD's saved JP's ass. He really needs to take the rematch even moreso than the Chad fight. But I think Jean wants to wait in hopes Nard falls to father time in anther year. I like Jean...he's a good young fighter and I think he'll learn from this fight....but he knows he lost.

    Indeed, the 4th round slip would've been ruled a KD, the tenth round slip would've been caused a point deduction for BHop :D

    Some rounds were very close (e.g. 12th) so can't really complain to much with a draw and it is certainly not a robbery like i have seen some say.

    Despite it being officially a draw and it being a close fight in reality i believe Hopkins won the event all things considered and he should be feelng the happier of the two.

    I really enjoyed the fight. Very intrigueing at times and the crowd were terriffic. Would definately welcome a rematch.
