Hopkins was also robbed of a legit knockdown, so they cancel each other out. Anyone with two eyes and a brain thinks BHop won the fight. Pascal needs to bury his head in the sand for losing to a 46 year-old grandpa.

Nope. That ''KD'' was just B-Hop rushing towards Pascal with his head first. He didn't land a punch.

    That's your KD?

If its in NYC it will be the Barclays centre where GBP have done a deal....either way does it sell 16,000 tickets??

you will not see boxing in MSG for a long time.

Only way we see it in the US is if Schaefer can persuade Vegas or Atlantic City to pay up a mega site fee.

My whole thing on Pascal saying Bernard needs to be able to sell out an arena that seats nearly 20,000--WHY?

I think Jean should do everything and anything to get Hopkins back in the ring regardless of where the venue is and regardless of whether it seats 1,000 or 100,000.

I like Jean Pascal a lot. He's a classy guy, he gave some really honest answers in this interview, he is always respectful, and he has been kind enough to join us "On the Ropes" four times, including three times since August when he beat Dawson.

Jean is a really nice guy and a very talented fighter.

At the end of the day, I believe he is too proud to not get back in there with Bernard SOON.

Pascal-Hopkins II is #1 on my wish list of 2011 fights.

**** Pacquiao and Mayweather. Those two prima donnas can go **** themselves.

Bring on Hopkins-Pascal II! And have that fight in New York City!

It's a legit KD. BHop landed a punch, which this camera angle hides. Watch the replay from another angle. There is a hard punch to the head. BHop's head was on Pascal's chest. When he got up, Jean was dazed from the punch.

He has to fight Dawson before he can fight Hopkins, if both fights get made it'll be quite a year.

Well again, who cares if it sells 16,000 tickets, 100,000 or a handful of thousands?

You could be right about it not landing in MSG or NYC but I can hope!

I'd love to attend this one!

    WHY??????
    :huh:huh:huh:huh

WHO WANTS TO SEE A REMATCH WITH DAWSON?

Certainly not me! The first fight was a stinker.

Hopkins-Pascal was extremely entertaining, and I see no reason why a rematch wouldn't be even better.

the fight should be, as always where it makes the most money for the fighters who our prepared to put there lives on the line.

If Scheafer can get $1million from a US venue then the fight happens in the US but i doubt it based on Hopkins history as a ticket seller. If Schaefer cannot put up the cash, Hopkins has to go to Canada again because he is fighting for World Titles not US titles.

what was the last fight you attended Rummy? Never heard you or Boxing Girl talk about going to a fight.
