Bute himself says he won't fight Mendy but BatThe Man says he will, so I will believe the awesome knowledge of Bat. :patsch

Talks have already began with Kessler.

Golovkin will never go uo and fight Bute if Bute doesn't ask him! He already beat Bute, so it's Bute who should be calling him out. The point is, Bute isn't calling out anybody because he would rather fight bums.

The history of boxing is full of fighters who fought people twice their size and won. See David Haye who recently beat Nikolai Valuev. Your knowledge of boxing is not exactly great. Do you know who Harry Greb is? He was a MW who fought heavyweight contenders without moving up in weight, and beat them. It's about ability and courage. Bute has ability, but lacks the courage of a champion.

Don't believe it. Kessler was trying to get a fight with Bute almost 3 years ago, and Bute's manager said his fighter was too inexperienced to fight a champion like Kessler (Bute was twenty-eight). They want no part of Kessler.

You could smear Chad Dawson with horse **** and honey, set him on the back porch on a hot summer evening, and he still couldn't draw flies.

In addition, Dawson is guaranteed a rematch with Pascal. Why on earth would he risk that?

Dawsons drawing power is bigger than Magee or Mendy surely.

It's my belief that Pascal fights Hopkins next, which of course isnt set in stone, leaving Dawson with few options. From Bute's/Interbox' perspective it looks certainly worth a go. At least if Bute wants to show some guts thereby avoiding the sh!t he's taking now with this appauling choice of opponents.

Right as we speak it looks like Bute is happy with the way he's being matched , which doesnt say a lot for the guy considering two things , a) his division is stacked with a lot of credible opponents as is the division above , b) he's seen by most people as the best fighter in that division but holds a couple of wins over Andrade to back that up ................... not buying into it yet .................

Fact is Bute has got skills and has got that ring presence and style that makes him likeable , but he'll vastly become disliked if he keeps fighting nobody's !!!

As for Dawson , Gary Shaw seems pretty confident Dawson Pascal is happening and that the WBC will allow it to happen before Pascal Hopkins 2 happens , he says he's got a signed contract by Pascal saying one title defence and then its on again , and that the WBC approved this back in the day

What weight that holds right now bearing in mind old Benard has just been robbed i dont know , maybe Dawson will be paid step aside money and that will free him up for a potential fight with Bute , should team Bute take that fight :deal its a long shot but we could see Dawson Bute in the summer if both camps get there **** together , but i think Bute will fight Martinez before he fights Dawson , while he's awaiting the scraps from the S6 ...........

"On paper it has won, but technically, this guy just got the knockout in the first round," said Larouche. "It certainly has not proven he deserves to be in the same ring as Lucian. "

"If it hurt him badly, it could seriously jeopardize his career on a psychological level. "

"I find it difficult to promote a fight where the opponent has lost his last battle by knockout," said Larouche. "Especially since Lucian had already beaten Bika and has progressed so much since then. "

"And I will not repeat it enough, Lucian does not want to fight against a guy who posed the first knockout round. "

A Canadian fan talked to his coach before the Pascal-Hopkins fight.

I was talking about the alleged negotiations with Kessler.........

Mendy is of little interest, but believe me when I say that Bute will fight him if the IBF threatens to strip him.

Bute isn't in any hurry to fight the likes of Dawson or Kessler, I'm sure he'll be fighting another plodder journeyman.

Dawson will fight either Pascal or, if the TV money doesn't work out, Cloud. Hard to see Shaw taking him in any other direction. Coming off a loss, I don't think they'll want to start ****ing around with his weight.

I don't care about your belief. All your believes are based on wrong facts. Dawson has a rematch clause and he said he wants to enforce it. Why? Because he wants his revenge AND his belt back. Hopkins has absolutely no right for a rematch, he was an optional defense, and the WBC will never force a rematch because of a close scorecard.

The only scenario working would be to pay Dawson to step aside and to guarantee him a fight with the winner. If Dawson agrees to step aside, do you really think he would be fool enough to fight Bute in the mean time?

I'll help you with this one: no.
