Oh do **** off :rofl:rofl:rofl, UK will never be bad bad as Germany or Canada. No one is saying robberies and home decisions don't occur, all im saying is they're a lot more frequent in Canada and Germany.

We're probabily not as bad in the "big" fights, but at the lower level i've seen some right shockers in my time. You're talking to someone who witnessed David Barnes vs. Jimmy Vincent, Thompson vs. Serrat etc not to mention the countless other poor decisions we've had where the ref was judging the fight and that stupid cut rule we've had for so long. There's been a couple of high profile ones in Canada recently, but i wouldn't say it was any more frequent. Granted Germany could be a different case. lol

You got me, you're ****ed either way in the 'not so big' fights no matter where you fight, my rant was more directed towards the bigger fights.

Yeah I doubt they'd chant for Hopkins or any other fighter who was not repping the home town.

They wouldn't hold signs with ''Philly FTW'' written all over it either.

To compare what would be "robberies" that happen in America to essentially anywhere else is apples to oranges. There are so many more high profile and international fights that take place in America that it skews the information. You would have to evaluate it per capita to even get a remote estimate. It seems like Canada/Germany have more because there aren't a lot of high profile fights held there, and when they are, they seem to be ****, hence the conclusion there are "more". When in reality there are probably less in terms of gross number, but far more per capita.

As a side note, there is a reason foreign fighters bust their ass to get to America to fight, because this is where "Professional" Boxing lives, you want legit judges, legit refs, legit venues, real money, etc you go to America simple as that.

Dude you have to be high, I refuse to believe that you believe this, I understand you have to "stick to your guns" or whatever, but dude with all due respect there aren't "several" rounds that could go either way. I guess if you were trying to talk yourself into believing it was a Pascal round, you could, but to say "several rounds could go either way" is an overstatement for effect. Hopkins clearly won the fight, and not just because I say so, I mean the overwhelming majority say so, the vote is about as close as that fight was...just saying.

As a matter of fact, if I was a professional fighter I would prefer to fight in a country that really backs its boxers, like Germany or Québec.

The only reason to fight in the US is for TV/media exposure. But then again you can get this from pretty much anywhere in the Americas if the big networks are willing to travel for you.
