If Bernard can fill up 16,000 people in an arena let’s do it in the US

Bernard can't even fill his own cup.

One fighter whines like a little ***** every time a close decision doesn't go his way and very often fakes low blows and rabbit punches.

From 5:50 on: ''But I'm Bernard Hopkins. I'm 40. They should give me the benefit of the doubt.''

:rofl So That's your great champion, eh?

On the other side, you have an honnest fighter who ALWAYS gives credit to his opponents no matter what, isn't a sore loser (see vs. Froch) and has enough heart to win a fight despite dislocating his shoulder 3 ****ing times!

    Decide for yourself.

Tell me, what's the problem with fighting in Québec if all the referees are neutral (I don't think it would bother Pascal)?

The fact is that even though B-Hop is a great fighter, he is a junkyard ***** as a person.

Pascal doesn't owe him anything, he is the lineal champion and he's got the bigger fan base.

I'm sure he wants to fight Hopkins because he is proud, but if Hopkins doesn't agree to HIS conditions (which are very legitimate), screw him.

exactly. Even though Hopkins gave Pascal a tough fight, he did not beat him. Pascal is not required to go to Hopkins' home town for less money than he would make at home and on top of it risk losing his lineal championship because of a corrupt hometown decision.

Nothing better than listening to Hopkins after a great performance. His ego is off the charts. But he's still articulate when he's bragging. Others sound like idiots when they do it.

Rematch in Philly, at the Wells Fargo Center. Cheap seats at the Upper level, have Mike Vick and some Eagles players show up after winning the Super Bowl, they will pack the place.

Though it doesn't matter, Pascal isn't going to have the belts after Dawson puts whooping on him from last round.

I agree, but if I were in charge of his PR, I'd have him using a different bag of tricks. He has an opportunity to raise his stock tremendously! He needs to seize the moment!

Between 5000 and 16000 people at 90$ in average (what it was about in Qc (might be even higher)), it is a difference of 1 million dollars. Not bad.

Good episode, but I've got one slight criticism. I believe, pertaining to the rematch with Pascal, Hopkins DID say "I want ya'll ringside". You should have told him to agree to hook you up with some ringside tickets should that fight happen!

Pascal should never fight in America, boxers get badly cheated in America almost always. Pascal is the champion and should fight in "his" country. Ward fans claim that "all" of Ward's fights should always be in his home town with his personal referee and judges! Double standard!
