Are you serious? I'm guessing most serious gymnasts can pull out 40+, easy!

    I'm the same.

The only poster I believe out of those who have claimed 25+ strict pullups is Aramini, mainly because we've both been here a while and I've seen several examples of what he can do. I'm pretty sure the 20 pullups he performed for the benefit of this thread were overly strict, as I've never hung for four seconds at the bottom of each rep anyway.

More video evidence and less bull****, please.

No doubt some could, I just didn't realise that we had 8 top class gymnasts posting in our training forum.

I also find it hard to believe that out of the twenty people who can do more than 25 pullups, only one has any sort of evidence whatsoever, and I already believed him anyway.

You're going to love this place, then.

Most posters here can run a 4 minute mile, bench press their own house, knock out 40 strict pullups, and be home just in time to **** their twin supermodel housemates.

And I was quoting a statement that questioned it was humanly possible.

Aye, there are some bullshitters in the house.

I bet most of the folk posting on here have never done a single pull-up, never mind 20.

20 is my absoloute max. I find it hard to believe that 8 people on here can do 40+

Only 18 real amatuer fights and a handful of unofficial smokers, most without any kind of weigh in. But that's deceptive because I've sparred in Vegas with so many different guys, guys turning pro, experienced amatuers, middleweights, even female professionals so they could get some work in, and I've been so consistently in the gym with good fighters I feel like I am way more experienced than the actual number of fights I had. At some of the smokers they put me in against welterweights and jr middles, and I normally felt strong enough to hurt them but their punches also hurt a lot too.

I am unusual in that I am both fairly quick and fairly big for my weight, so even though my technique can be crude, my physical attributes make me a brute at feather to jr. lightweight, where I find my fights are either very easy or I get my butt kicked. If a little guy can't hit hard enough to keep me off, he's in trouble. My weakness is my face busts up a lot from hard punchers and I lose my focus, and my nose is easy to break. I know in my heart I am the worst kind of match up for a guy like Ivan Calderon, but someone like Auggie Sanchez who might not be as good of a boxer as Calderon but has real power would get me out of there in one or two, not competitive, my skills are not close to world class, but I think my speed and strength are not far off for my weight.

I will tell you quite frankly as a smallish man of decent strength: the best professional female fighters in the world are only on the experience level of amatuer male fighters, and are probably not as strong to boot. I wouldn't expect the best female fighter my size to have any real chance against me if I actually hit her hard. Then again, I wouldn't last very long against real featherweight punchers: guys like Auggie Sanchez, who I've worked with, Barrera, Naz, Pac, can all hit hard enough to mess up almost anybody, even though it doesn't always look that way because they are fighting other professional world class fighters. I've seen Villoria work and I wouldn't be too concerned to get in the ring with him for two or three rounds, as I would have a LOT of strength and physical advantages over him, despite the fact that he is obviously worlds more talented.

I was watching him train, and I asked him his walk around weight. He said 120, which was astonishing to me, as honestly, I felt twice his size and twice his strength, and at the time I was maybe 130 walking around.
