Floyd's Offense would be the most logical choice. However.....In order for Floyd's Offense to be effective it's usually based on a foundation of counter punching. He's not one to go after or seek out offensive opportunities...he lays traps and waits for opportune times to unleash a pot shot or counter.

PAC's "D" is mostly based on his offense, so when PAC is defensive it's usually after a 5, 5, 7 or 8 punch combo where he then uses his wheels to dip out on angles eliminating the chance for effective counters.

floyds defence is too good for manny who just gets really annoyed with defensive fighters and runs out of ideas, look at the fight against clottey. he did everything right but punch back!! my guess is floyd will cover up to annoy pac then use his perfect counter punch to pick him off. easy points victory for floyd i think....

He's doing Pac's landed against against Mayweather's landed. Pac's defense vs. Mayweather's offense.

    Reading comprehension, fellas!

On the topic at hand, both are severely underrated. Mayweather can beat fighters at their own game, out-mauled Hatton and backed Mosley up with constant pressure. Pacquiao's footspeed is insane and he can get away from punches while still being in position to throw back. We'll never know unless they fight each other.

Dude Manny doesn't throw 8 punch combinations so stop it. He has thrown 5 but you must understand that a fighter has to be there for you to hit to land that many shots. When Floyd pops Manny and Manny tries to come back Floyd will be out of range which will make Manny over extend and get clipped. You know that.

Pac hunting Floyd down? Are you ****ing serious dude. First of all Floyd will **** Manny up in in-fighting bc as great as Manny is he can't do that well at all. Second of all if you think Floyd can't hurt Manny you are crazy. Don't let them fool you. :think

 Better to be thought the fool than to speak...or type in your case and remove all doubt. Please do some homework on the subject prior to just letting your fingers express the first thought that enters your head.:rofl All you gotta do is watch the last few Fights and you'll see manny rally off 5, 6, 7 and 8 punch combos kid.

Floyd and PAC have great foot work but they are contrasting is styles and how they use the foot work to benefit their fight strategy. PAC will be in and out, left and right, pivoting off angles and being busy. Floyd will be in a defensive posture most of the time waiting for the right chance where he can pot shot or land a counter when he's not is harms way. Which means he'll be defensive ALOT b/c he'll be in constant danger when he's fighting someone as busy and relentless as PAC. Floyd will have his spots but PAC will control the action, distance and Pace of the fight which will be Floyd demise.

Dude learn boxing. Floyd has a 5 inch reach advantage and he is taller. Now I know what you will say, " Manny is beating taller guys" but what you fail to realize is Mayweather will use his reach and Floyd knows how to control the range. Manny will not throw a 5 punch combo on someone who is not there standing all flat footed. Floyd is faster by the way bc he has better timing and if you beg to differ on that point then you tell me how JMM could out land and beat Manny to the punch majority of the time and he is way slower.

Take your advice homie.. I forgot more about boxing than you'll ever know in your life time from how things look from your posts.

I'm not saying Floyd won't use his reach or his stylistic foundation to pose problems for Manny. He absolutely will. What I'm telling you is it won't be enough, based on Floyd's demeanor as a cerebral fighter. He's not one to take much risk and to beat PAC you gotta take chances.

Floyd will wait and wait for the right times to unload...one or two shots at a time and he'll have some success but not enough to keep Manny off of him. Floyd has problems with speed, southies and pressure. Manny applies relentless pressure very intelligently. He'll be a problem for Floyd and I think Floyd knows that.

That's the only reason we are talking about "WHAT WOULD HAPPEN" b/c Floyd isn't willing to chance stepping in the ring against PAC. And JMM was fighting PAC in his prime, at his best wieght, vs a still progressing Manny PAC.

Dont' let the performance at 146 at the age of 36 fool you. JMM wasn't anything to be concerned with above 140 and Floyd had his way with him.

Mayweather's offense is superb, just watch the marquez mosley fights !
I think his offense is actually more efficient than manny's!
Because with pacquiao it leaves many holes in his defense whilst he is executing his offensive skills, whereas with floyd he has everything under control at all times in the fight
