Exactly, but the Marquez fight is a much better option. Completing of a trilogy that some people view as controversial(i do for the second fight), a chance for Pacquiao to whup a dominant LW champion, and a guaranteed exciting fight on styles.

Mosley's old as ****. He has no titles or p4p standing worth a ****. He just got embarassed by Pacquiao's rival last year. Why even bother? Because it's easy money.

Manny should take the opportunity to show Marquez who his daddy is for the record.

 

140 could have been good but I'm not even sure at this point. At 147 I would have been concerned about Marquez health to be honest. As much as I dont like the Mosley fight I'm glad Marquez didnt get the fight at 147.

I really would gain no pleasure from seeing Shane get KTFO. As much as I dislike him i'd prefer for the dude to just hang em up before somebody really hurts him. But I guess I'm asking for too much.

Hard to say. Styles STRONGLY favor Marquez in some ways but I see brickfists putting on a ton of pressure and at least taking a UD. I just don't know if Marquez could hurt Tony enough to discourage him. Not sure. I definitely think the Margo of the Cotto fight slaughters him.

BTW , when was the last time Pac fought anybody on the upside aka at the top of his game, lol, Barrera /Marquez ? So give or take two draws and a win, lol, no thats impressive for the so called best fighter on the planet..............carefully matched with smoke and mirrors for the average Joe Blow who is not a boxing fan but simply a Pac fan......most likely 5 foot 4 120 pounds with a David and Goliah complex.

The style matchup makes this a competitive at, almost, any weight. Pacquiao has always had speed, youth, size, and strength advantages over JMM. JMM has always had a technical and ring IQ advantage over Pac. JMM is not looking so faded that he won't have his moments against Pac. Therein lies the problem.
