what video is it that you posted a while back of some old school boxer and he wouldn't move a lot, but move back real subtle to avoid punches like Floyd does

This fight isn't going to be as easy as extreme nut-huggers of both fighters think. We all know how Pac struggled with a counter-puncher so I am not going to go there anymore.

Floyd on the other hand has never fought a fighter with Pac's combination of speed and power. Sure you can argue that Moseley has both but what Shane lacks is foot speed. Speed, power, and weird angles will make it difficult for Floyd to defend. He will respect Pac's power early on and he will be reluctant to open up. Feel free to say that he got hurt by Shane early on and came back, but that was a one off. Pac will hurt him often and Floyd is uncomfortable getting hurt. His offence will suffer because he would want to defend from Pac's relentless attacks.

There isn't a footprint to beat Floyd hence he wins all these fantasy match-ups. However, the closest thing to being beaten we saw him was when he fought fighters with speed, a southpaw, and with pop on their punches. Guess what, Pac has all 3 attributes plus weird angles, tremendous stamina, granite chin, and the heart of a lion. Finally, none of these fighters that gave Floyd troubles before is half as good as Pac.

Bottom line is that both fighters have never fought anybody as good as the other. They will both be severely tested on this fight.

He may not finish a fight with one punch at 147, but Cotto took a beating after he got dazed in round 2, Clottey sampled some of his shots, didn't want to let his hands go, and Margarito had less urgency to attack after taking some shots to the body in round 4.

He finished the Cotto fight after the second knockdown, Cotto was running the rest of the fight. He can change the will of a fighter with one punch it doesn't necessarily mean he will KO them in one punch.

I hope you're not comparing Pacquiao to Mosley? It's quite obvious Pacquiao is a more dangerous opponent and a much better fighter than Mosley at this point.

Pacquiao is equally as dangerous, Mosley may have more a little more power but he also telegraphs his punches.

Then u should know a guy who takes a real gd shot, keeps coming, throws a lot of punches, and is almost 20 pounds heavier then u, the guy is gonna get some shots in. Beating a guy convincgly like that isn't as easy as it looks.

Sorry man there's no reason a guy that slow and unskilled should be landing 3 jabs in a row on u. I don't remember Baldomir hitting Floyd that much

The point I am trying to make is that with Manny's foot speed and hand speed he shouldn't have taking as much punches that he took from Margarito. A lot of the time he was throwing shots with nothing but arms involved so he didn't sit down in those exchanges. Defense is more than just covering up. Slow flat footed ass Margarito got to Manny which to me shows me that Manny needs better work on his foot work. Anyways.

Regardless of how unskilled Margarito is he has fought on a high championship level for a while. You make it sound like Margarito wouldn't get some shots in if it was Mayweather. And at least I know Manny can take a shot. I want to know what happens if Mayweather gets caught flush again against a guy who won't gas out in a matter of seconds after landing.

I agree with this. Maybe not a "schooling" in the sense that I doubt he would shut him out or even come close, really. Decisive decision where I would not be shocked if either or both of them hit the canvas once.

People don't think Mayweather has the balls to step it up against Pacquiao, but I believe it is Pacquiao who would need to step it up. Mayweather is as tenacious as a mother****er in the ring if he needs to be.

manny was sloppy in the margo fight no doubt. The writing was on the wall anyway. He had a shitty training camp and he wasn't focused on the fight.

This is what Manny should have done to Margo if he was at peak condition:

Thanks for the link. It's quite impressive that Floyd beats bigger men in the gym. Pac does the same in the ring on actual fights. I won't provide a link.

But look at the height advantage he had. The reach im sure was much longer then Pacquaio's. The fact that he has a gd chin makes him more inclined to come in and do it with out thinking.
