    i think pep's lack of big names on his resume hurts him. langford is #1 in my book but pacquiao will deserve to be very high i believe when it's all said and done.

    In historic terms Pacquio has actualy done something prety unique.

    He has held lineal titles from flyweight to Jr welterweight, and lets not forgett that the jr welterweight division goes back a long way. Barney Ross held that title. If you try to find a comparable record among historic fighters, the closest thing you can come up with is Jimmy McLarin.

    I do not think that Pacquio is top 3 p4p, but I do think that he will be mentioned among the p4p greats.
