john would be in a tough , tough fight with katsidas, due to both mens agressive style, but if that shouldent come of for a while, alex would be an intresting fight for him, i wish john luck with his ventures into world class, but should he shelve them for a while, alex and gavin rees would make great euro defences imo.:think:good
He would beat Alex Arthur easily now, and probably stop him mid to late on. Alex Arthur would have given him a much better test 3 years ago, but not now.
they are good bouts. murray needs to get in some intriguing bouts quickly. he's been a pro for 7 years and is undefeated with 3 major titles but its time to get some fame and fortune.

Alex Arthur was never that good anyway. You saw what a just short of shot Gomez done to him. Imagine the pain Murray would of caused.
Exactly. Arthur beat a couple of decent fighters but was never as good as he thought he was. Nicky Cook just boxed a basic fight and Arthur couldn't do anything with him, a couple of the scorecards were a bit tight for my liking. Murray is a work in progress but would be the stronger man in there and would rough Arthur up and force a stoppage in the middle rounds. At any point in their careers.
Was Lee McAlister not giving Murray a decent fight .I'm sure I read if he had a bit more power he could have beat Murray .
Mcalister was outboxing Murray and making him look bad, but Murray caught up with him Lee stopped using the ring and decided to have a fight and got knocked out, I think that fight showed Murray would struggle with a decent fighter with movement and angles.
