Sergio Martinez Boxing record is LAUGHABLE!!!!

To be fair, my opinion on Martinez has gone up too since the first Paul Williams fight, a fight which I thought The Punisher would win comfortably. A lot of things can happen in a year or two. ****, a lot of things can happen in 36 minutes...

My thoughts before Williams-Martinez I - "Williams will brush him aside and get that fight with Pavlik"

My thoughts minutes after Williams-Martinez I - "Damn! That dude's got Williams' number! If they rematch, Sergio takes him. No doubt!"

Martinez won the World MW Championship when was given little chance and took the decision out of the judges hands in the Williams rematch. And even then, as the reigning World MW Champion he was tossed around in negotiations and in the promotion, was forced to take a catchweight and fight out of the challengers corner, and was robbed of the opening round on the official cards, so if not for the KO, he would've been robbed again. Hype machine source HBO, the major promoters who keep their guys in the warm and others out in the cold, sanctioning bodies who stand behind major promoters for bigger sanctioning fees and main market boxing writers with an agenda - they all went down with Paul Williams, as a hardcore Maravilla backer it was like the sweetest moment in long long years.

This guy deserves every dollar he earns and should earn, every P4P recongition and FOTY title, everything, because in his prime he was forced to take on 1-7-3 guys but as a 35yo said **** you very much, but I made it, and ain't going nowhere bitches.

It seems that there are only about a handful of posters in the entire General Forum who have this unique ability to fully comprehend what a TS is trying to convey. And with that being said...that is a VERY FRIGHTENINGLY SAD PERCENTAGE.

I saw two familiar names (Cintron-DRAW & Margarito-TKO'D 7TH) and the remainder of his opponents "read" like the line at the Immigration and Naturalization Office. A bunch of South, Central American and fighters from Spain that NO-ONE has ever heard of.

And you have to see the records of these fighters....ITS HILARIOUS!!!!
He's 44-1 RIGHT? Four fights ago he fought a guy that was 14-10. Two fights before that he fought a guy that was 3-34...THATS RIGHT 3-34.

Who does this remind everyone of...A fighter with a SHITTY "Body of Work"..Now all he needs is to fight a couple of "PAST THEIR PRIME" American Future HALL OF FAMERS. He could be a Latin Joe Calzaghe!!!

I find it funny you're saying Martinez is overrated while he's beaten Cintron ( not officially but in reality yes he did), Williams, Pavlik.

But yet you think Berto is soo underrated in which his best win is against Quintana lol. Why don't Berto man up and fight Cintron who's calling him out?
