While its impressive a Frazier about 2 years into his career not only beat but stopped these guys, just how much left did they have. Both sson retired afterwards But Machen beat Quarry and Ordillo before and Jones also beat a undefeated guy. Are these good wins or merely stepping stones for a young Frazier?
Stepping stones for a Joe Frazier although they could have been too much for the average 10 fight pro. Both gave a good effort and hung in tough, especially Machen. He stunned Frazier with a big left hook in one of the rounds and really tested him.
