selkirk aint a bad shout, if only warren got him the fights. i read an interview somewhere with the head coach from Ronda and he was saying selkirk is the most talented fighter he's produced

 

My personal shout, frank seems to be investing most of his time on burns,degale,cleverly and brook. He needs to focus on Gavin because imho he has more talent than any of them. A top fighter, he can beat daws tomorrow if he wants. At light welter (his last fight and division he seems to be campaigning at) he can beat everybody at domestic level, in 18 months a fight between him and mccloskey could be a massive fight. After that world honours, as closk certainly isnt a slouch.

 

when do coaches ever say different tho mate, can anybody tell me how mick hennesseys 'bradley the buzzsaw evans' is getting on, remember watching him on the old itv4 bills and being totally underwhelmed by him, despite being told he was an aba champion etc etc. Dont use boxrec hence question, thanks.

 

he has no reason to make it up, it was an interview on the coach, not 1 trying to big up' selkirk. when asked who was the most talented kid he trained he said selkirk. bearing in mind bellew and the smiths are amounst the amateurs who came out of the gym

If Billy-Joe Saunders keeps injury free and keeps the weight down I reckon he'll be talked about far much more as a serious prospect. Was pretty happy with what I saw in his last fight, lets hope its the start of some big things from him.

I like the look of Rhys Roberts but 2011 probably isn't the year for him to break out. Massively tough domestic division for him to work his way through, give him another year or so to let his body develop and his power to hopefully grow and he should be ready for bigger things by the end of next year.

 

Selkirk has a tough old night with O'Meara last time out, got a bit of work to do IMO.

 

It's going to be James De Gale but if Warren moves Gavin along it will be him. Gavin could beat most at 140 already imo.

Hopefully frankie gavin would like to see FW take similar risks with him as he has degale cos as most ppl agree he has the talent to step up quickly.

Ive liked him for a while now, but the comparisons are so far off the mark its untrue. One good performance against a 1-dimesional pressure fighter and he's the new g-man. He would do well to lace their gloves. He is a good well rounded fighter who is blitzing his way through his fights. Lets get this right tho, Smith was his only live opponent and he hasnt done much of not in his career tbf. A fighter with anderson would be much welcomed :good

Also I think DeGale beats Groves at the moment and cant ever see that changing whilst Groves has the defence of Carl Froch minus the chin.

 

Frampton is the special one.
