What a fight!

Khan;s chin is as dodgy as ever, just his skills and leg strength have increased.

What a heart he has, he must have been ****ing hungry for that win to stay on his feet.

Maidana too, never stopped. Maidana was the big surprise for me in that fight. I never realised he was that good.

The most gripping part for me when i was watching that fight was when i watched it again on youtube with the american commentators in round 10...."Khan is almost gone, will he hold......will he hold....he will not....he pushes Maidana away....he wants to fight on wobbly legs....TOO MUCH HEART, TOO MUCH HEART FOR KHAN"

RJJ chatted some **** in the round 10 saying "If Khan can land a body shot it will be over" The guy was just in too much awe at wat was going on, coz most occasions hes on point.

 

Now all of a sudden this guy takes bombs from all angles, all kind of shots and stays like nothing, great.

 

Hell of a fight, Khan almost got stopped in 10 and Maidana also.. :happy

It was an amazing fight... I saw it on PPV.

I think it wouldn't have been a travesty if Cortez at stopped it at some point in round 10... Khan wasn't throwing a punch and then got pummelled and uppercutted repeatedly.

Also the doctor came to the stool at the end of rd 10 to check he was fit to continue.

 

Thank god they didn't though.

That would have took Khan's heart, he never would have recovered from that.
