Mathis really looked like he could go onto be good after the Chuvalo win, but Quarry put a halt to that. He ruined many contenders to the throne, and separated the best from the rest. The likes of Lyle and Shavers learned their lessons from Quarry. Mathis, Spencer, Foster, among others, were never the same again.

no I don't think so, Foreman didn't excel against slick counter punchers like quarry, morso I think foreman would have trouble KOing quarry. Foreman could still get a win by cuts though. Quarry cut like tissue paper.
