Wlad says Haye an "easy payday;" Haye vows to fight "big Russian *****"

If Haye wins I'll tip my Raider cap and offer congrats. No excuses.

 

I'll give Klitschko props if he wins too, but I'm tellin you, you should at least try to envision Haye winning the fight because if you don't at least think it's possible, you are going to be in for a HUGE shock.

Styles make fights.

 

Maybe Wlad should fire Steward and hire you? As far as "..his devestating knock out by Haye" Well you just countin' your chickens before they hatch.

Of course it's possible. I just don't think it's probable.

 

It's funny that you mention this because I just read a quote from Steward in the latest edition of the ring in reference to Paul Williams that it is very difficult for a big and tall man to fight going backwards, with the one exception of Tommy Hearns.

Now whether or not you or I believe that's a valid statement is not the issue. The issue is that this is the same guy that trains Wlad, and considering Wlad has never had to fight as the smaller man, he would more than likely be a big man going backwards against Valuev, who is bigger and rangier.

While Wlad COULD possibly knock out Valuev, I think the fight was too dangerous to make and for exactly the reason Manny stated.

Obviously people are going to disagree...

True, but when he gets countered with a big right hand, will he alter his game plan and start backing up?

 

Fighting a guy who had so much of a height/reach advantage counldnt have been easy. Ive no problem with Haye fighting tentatively in such a fight.

 

I think Haye will outbox those two giants, but if he get's hit with one big shot :-(

 

I think Haye will win by TKO IN 9.

I hope for boxing sake he does because then Haye will retire the champ and give some new blood a chance at winning titles! But i cant see how Haye can loose these fights?!?!?! He is to fast! He can punch! And likes to work the inside which Wlad cant deal with!

 

After watching Wlad fight I have to say if he thinks it will be an easy payday he is suffering from the same delusion as Audrey Harrison.

Im not saying Wlad is crap because he is a great champ and is aware his chin is not amazing and has used the jab to perfection!

Wlad is easy to time and watch Haye he is great on the inside! he can bang on the back foot! He is great at timing fighters punches and is faster than Wlad!



This will be an amazing fight! Haye has all the tools to DESTROY wlad but has shown he can be put down so any thing can happen but if Haye come into the fight like he did against Audley "the lighter faster man" Wlad is f*cked!

 

Wlad has an ATG Jab, big right hand, pefect left hook, great footwork.

Wlad is fast than Haye! Haye will be very cautious against Wlad. Wlad can bang and Haye knows this.

Wlad knows how to avoid the inside fight but he works on the uppercut with Steward.

In this fight Wlad will not hold back. He will be more aggressive.
