That could not sound less like Gamboa.

no chance ANYBODY beats rigondeaux easily! even if he is a novice pro, he is masterful boxer

Not entirely the same i know but look what size alone did to Ivan Calderon last time out !! ..

Gamboa would certainly look to bomb Rigondeaux out early on !!

in terms of how good rigondeaux is and is going to be you cant compare him to calderon. rig's ring generalship is too good to get bombed out early.

Thats why i said not entirely the same , but you get the concept , i have to agree with you but only based on Rigo's ring craft and credentials which dont really come any higher .

That said , Gamboa has heavy hands and the boy Rigo is small in comparison :think

Am I the only one who thinks this could be horrible to watch? Both of these guys love their speed so much that counter punching is all they aim to do. Cordoba showed rigo up by not just ploughing forward and frustrating him. I reckon that would happen in this as well. I'd pick Gamboa's greater height and reach to win him this one though, it would be crucial in a fight at range like this surely would be

No way in this life time Rigondeaux beats Gamboa.

Have people here watched Gamboa? Some of the descriptions are bizarre.

Or Rigondondeaux vs Cordoba... sure some of his attributes are beyond world class, but he just isn't that effective.

He will likely win a world title in the unstacked division he is in.

But Gamboa is bigger and a lot better.
