Huge fight != PPV fight. If Wlad-Haye is PPV anywhere (probably will be in UK), it won't be PPV in the US. The best fights are rarely PPVs. Not that this will be anything more than a puppy getting smacked down after years of yipping.
the reason sky will want the fight later in May is severall reasons 1. Warmer climate means a better chance of it being in the UK 2. Near the end of the football season which gives them severall high profile games to advertise the fight 3. Khan is fighting April 16th which will also be PPV, along with Froch and Warren's mega show around March/April. They will not want 3 PPV's within 4 weeks of one another.

I'm not sure Wlad will be able to recover from the knockout loss he will get from Haye, especially as he's being touted as PFP #8 by the RING when in reality that should be Haye's place if they are so intent on putting a heavyweight in the top 10. People are going to be in absolute shock when Haye give Wlad the beating of a lifetime.
No. Every HW is a threat. Wlad will NEVER underestimate another fighter. He has said many times that he underestimated Sanders. "Never gonna happen again"
