Of course, you could well be right. Have to point out, though, that while Foreman was more powerful than Bowe, Bowe was much, much more accurate and a much better combination puncher.

If there is one fighter I would love to move to that era it is Holyfield. He would have such fantastic fights. Not only with Frazier, Ali and Foreman, but also against Machen, Patterson, Folley, Ellis, Quarry and Norton. And imagine if he got to challenge Liston before Ali/Clay did... Another classic in the making.

  6. i agree absolutely, i would love to see, holyfield vs ron lyle, quarry, jimmy young, floyd patterson, chuvalo.
prime liston 59 vs a prime holyfield... what a hell of fight

Young is not beating the Holy of '90 (Douglas) to '93 (Bowe II).

look at the way holyfield brawled with foreman and stood toe to toe and foreman was a better fighter the second time around i think holyfield easily kayos frazier and outpoints ali via 15rd unanimous decision:yep

No, but he would not meet that Holy. It would probably happen in '74 or '75. Would probably be a bit like Holy-Byrd.

  14. go to the general forum kid..

  15. holyfield was not exactly in his prime when he faced bowe, the best evander faced douglas and foreman. and yes, i think that this version of evander was better than young but.... jimmy young was stolen against ali... i would not put my money here.
