Peter wants 50-50 split thats just funny, but to be honest Adamek and Ziggy I think are to mean.they offered him about 150 000 USD as i heard. Its to little while Tomasz would get probably about 1mln

Both Peter and/or Rahman would be an easy fight for Tomasz.

Haha my bad, yes I think Rock only has a puncher's chance in this fight, at best.

Adamek should win on points, I'd be more inclined to say 10-2 than 8-4.

I don't think Team Adamek think they can beat a Klitschko. Otherwise they'd be fighting someone Klitschko's size e.g. Thompson, Whitaker etc. We saw in the Grant fight that Adamek had some trouble with the size difference. I don't see how fighting Rahman might help Adamek get ready for a Klitschko or even Haye. So it's only the payday they're interested in as it's not going to be at all a competitive fight.

In his prime Rahman would have probably been too big for Adamek. But at this stage in his career Rahman's skills are eroding, his chin is badly cracked, and his punch is losing steam. I think Adamek will stop him fairly easily especially given Rahman's bad conditioning even when he was in his prime.

This is flawed thinking. There are many other considerations when selecting an opponent (such as name recognition and experience), not just height , that must be part of the equation. Team Adamek know that they will face a Klitchsko this year, either by being made mandatory or otherwise. This is their goal and Adamek has consistently stated he wants this fight and thinks he can overcome the odds of fighting bigger, skilled men. He has done well with bigger fighters and was really caught once by Grant in their fight, basically winning most if not all the rounds. He did well dealing with Grant's bombs, I think Adamek's chin is unquestionable. It makes little business sense for Adamek to risk his "earned" title shot versus a top ranked big like Thompson. The best thing Adamek is doing is keeping himself extremely busy. Right after his recent fight, he announces the next opponent and when that falls through he already has another. No bull**** cat and mouse drama like you would get with Haye. Adamek is a pure fighter who wants to fight, not talk.

I actually think Adamek can ko Rahman in this one..... He has a chance.. especially if he frustrates Rahman late and makes him gas.... but regardless, I think Adamek wins..

If Adamek does fight Rahman, that would be one legit top ten fighter out of six since moving up to Heavyweight. I'm beginning to lose respect for Adamek.

Sure did. Good strong jab, right hand power. Look at his early fights.

I agree. While Rahman was no Jersey Joe in the ring he did have some ok skills and always had a solid jab and big power. People sometimes say his career was just the one big punch he landed on Lewis. While that was his best night he still had a good heavyweight career and had more than just that one punch on Lewis.

At this point this fight is almost a mismatch. Rahman is pretty much shot and was looking poor several years ago. Adamek should be able to stop Rahman in the later rounds. This is a better fight than Roy Jones but a big step back from Peter. Rahman at his peak would knock Adamek out but now, unless he lands a big punch, Adamek by late ko.
