Haven't listened to this but Bunce is definitely jealous that Ringside is on TV and he ain't. He would be a good addition to the show, sure, but he is hardly the greatest pundit ever with his tiresome pro-Brit bias.

Love the podcast and like the big man, but if Sky waved the dosh at him Buncey would be on ringside like a flash, no matter how **** he thinks it is :rofl

It's definitely worth a read if you can pick up a cheap copy. It was written after Ali-Frazier I so it's far from a definitive Ali book. I am a big fan of Schulberg's prose and would recommend pretty much anything he wrote but if you want a more detailed Ali bio there are better choices. Hope that helps!

Buncy still hasn't grasped that the fans like us care about the matchups that create the best fights not the most hype.

Fantastic rant about Ringside though

****inel Mayweather needs to get his **** together.

I'm sick of "No Marks" discrediting him, weather that be on here.....or in general life.

People that know, **** all about the sport.

Schulberg's stuff is my favourite, I have read a few of his boxing and non-boxing stuff. He was very close to Ali so I thought it might be one Ali book that I would like.:good
