The Tyson Johnson example is a pretty good one, but there are some differences. For one, it seems like it was an intentional jab, because it connects with his chin. When he pulls the jab back, Johnson hand goes with it. Where as in Louis case, he deliberately threw a powerful sweeping punch at Braddocks glove, which disallowed him from protecting himself against the punch. Seems like Tysons occured from the brute strength, while Louis' was a planned tactical move. But its a great example, and I never noticed it in that punch before. Great find. I think the Tyson-Johnson one can be better compared to the first knockdown that Louis scores against Buddy Baer. Hep punches him in the stomach, also pinning Baers hand, then he throws the bomb. Amazing.

To reflect to an earlier thread..if Pac has any technical weaknesses...they don't matter!! He's a punching machine...
you're right :goodi used to try and knock an opponents guard down with my jab but it wasn't that effective.
