It's also pretty damn underrated, seeing Holy outside of the top 10 sickens me.

On reznick's list the eleven names ahead of him are (in order): Ali, Lois, Holmes, Marciano, Foreman, Lewis, Johnson, Frazier, Liston, Dempsey, and Tyson.

On Rumsfeld's they are: Ali, Louis, Marciano, Holmes, Lewis, Johnson, Foreman, Dempsey, Tyson, Frazier, and Liston.

(all the same names in a different order, interestingly)

Other than maybe Tyson on both lists, who there can you absolutely not stomach being ahead of Holyfield?

    Johnson & Dempsey.

By the way, I rank Holy at #6, where he deserves to be.

I met Holyfield at a reception here in Toronto a couple of years ago.I get the impression he is delusional about not only his fighting skills as they relate today but also his quest to win the heavy title.
I can't believe he truly believed what he was saying.Sad.:-(

Rumsfield, ask Evander about such things please:
    - had he really considered retirement if he had won his fight vs Lennox Lewis?
    - when was Holyfield's prime as a boxer (his own opinion)?
    - how did he score his 1st and 2nd fights against Lennox?
    - top 3 wins on his resume?
    - how does he rank Tyson, Foreman, Lewis, Bowe, Moorer, Mercer, Cooper, Rahman, in terms of punching power?
    - why did he choose granite-chinned Williams for his next fight?
-doesn't he want to fight some low level jorneymen (like Foreman did in his return) and stay more active?
    - what does he think about possible fights vs Golota, Ruddock, Mercer and other old fighters? It would be great veteran tournament

I hope you'll ask him all these questions:good

    Great questions.

Don't forget Alex Stewart, he was a quality tier 2 fighter & a hard puncher, Holy had two fights with him, the first one being an exciting war.

If I could have you ask Evander anything, I would have you ask him about that early doors encounter with Tyson. The story goes that they were young am's together at some kind of mad boxing camp. There was a confrontation between Holyfield and Tyson in the pool room and Tyson backed the **** up. Holyfield sort of became alpha male for that troupe. I've even heard it told as a story as to why Tyson was never going to have his head right for Holyfield - Tyson had already been bossed by him.

I can dig out some detail on this question, but if you ask it you have to tell him I love him and I think he would have beaten Tyson whenever ever their paths crossed. And tell him I would like to kiss him on the lips.

Don't tell him the lips part, that's silly.

Please ask Holy his prediction for the originally planned November 1991 fight with Tyson, thanks.

Is he really that bad? Wow. He's always so nice and Christian-like on TV, proclaiming his love for Jesus Christ and The Lord and all that. I didn't think he'd be such a dick behind closed doors.

Ask him about the klitschko bros and if he wants to fight them.
