    This thread....

Wlad pulls out of negotiations at the last minute, fight is ruined.

Wlad fans? Celebrate! Obviously they'd prefer to see Wlad mug Chisora, who is probably the worst world title challenger in history, than see their boy in against Haye.

    The hypocrisy is astounding.

The only reason it really makes sense is for Haye to fulfill his mandatory against Chagaev, get that out of the way and finish his ties with Sauerland. But I can't see Sky wanting to push this back if they've already got a pretty solid date because they'll cash in on it themselves. The only thing they'll probably want is for it to happen in May rather than April where there's a Khan PPV and Warren PPV already I think scheduled [might be wrong].

It just looks like Wlad is postponing his fight with Haye. Why the fug is it always something? Fight already! LOL

If the information is correct.... Wlad is still fighting Haye. He is simply ALSO taking a fight in between, because he doesn't want to wait until this summer to fight. I hope it's true if that's the case. I would definitely rather see Wlad fighting somebody, than sitting on the shelf for another half a year. Not only that... but fighting Chisora will also be a promotional tool drumming up more interest in the UK.

Simple, if he's fighting Chisora next then he's ducked Haye.

    Simple as that.

But i still believe the thread starter is talking out his arse.

They should make both fights on the same day or even on the same event.

WRONG. Setting up a fight against Haye is a lot more complicated that Chisora...that's already been proven with how quickly Chisora signed previously...and how it's taken Haye years.

Plus you have the higher revenue fight with Haye that needs a soccer stadium, while Wlad and Chisora can take place in an arena such as SAP.

So if late June/Early July is the date (and Golden Boys’ Richard Schaefer has stated "early summer", I'm not the only one giving that time frame), that would be 9-10 months without a fight for Wlad. It makes sense for Wlad to fight Chisora first.

If haye had pulled this move you can only imagine the hatred he'd get. Imagine if he said "fighting wlad in late summer, wanna fight tyson fury first to get rid of any ring rust"

Bad case of double standards this is.

I think if it was possible to stage the fight in April it would happen. But because of venues, tv, etc... it's not going to be possible.

Even Golden Boys’ Richard Schaefer (who Haye is signed to) has stated this...it's not like myself, or other Klitschko fans are the only one saying a summer date will work best, you have people on Haye's side saying this! It's just the facts.

Should Wladimir just sit around and wait until June/July? Or instead fight twice? The answer seems clear to me.

Dont take what i say about Wlad to seriously Chef, i like him, i just hate some of the fans on here :yep

What have you got to say about Wlad fighting Chisora before Haye? You heard anything like that?

I think Wlad risking the Haye fight not happening to fight Chisora is crazy thinking.

You have no idea what you are talking about.

Even Richard Schaefer (who Haye signed with), has stated "early summer", which lines up with what I've said in this thread.

Do you want Wladimir to just sit around until late June/early July? He's not allowed to take a fight between now and then? :-(

I think CHEF is getting tired of being quoted in the boxing press.

Or maybe his boss is tired of it.
