Which one of these homies will rule the division soon??? This division is loaded with potential. Kirkland reminds me of Danny Jacobs. Not on how they fight, but when I saw Jacobs I never came away too impressed. Same with Kirkland, he may develop into a good fighter but IDK if he is elite. I am high on Canelo but 2011 we will find out what he is made of. Erislandy Lara I have only seen a couple times, but dude is sick with it and is just a beast. Andrade I have heard good things but have not seen him fight.

I think Lara looks the best of the lot so far. Pre-prison Kirkland I was never fully sold on so that opinion isn't going to change now. Canelo has bags of ability but I think he'll be beaten by Lara if they fight.

    Kirkland at 154
Lara and Andrade are not that good

Probably not actually. I remember someone on here sourcing an article that had him @ 154 on the short or mid term... and, ultimately, 160. Later.

He's just turned 20, he has a lot of filling out to do. He'll be at 147 no more than a year. He'll be a career middleweight.

Lara is the best out of those, or imo has the most potential, canelo while good is very overated and is shockingly slow for a young fighter (prospect) plus i aint sold on his chin i am going to watch out for that, kirkland pre prison looked like a beast but i havent seen much of him an he hasnt been active for over a year.

154 is gonna be stacked soon enough. But 160 will be even better.

I like Lara's talent, but then again I have feeling within 2 or 3 years we will not be talking so much about Lara as we are now.

Canelo will perhaps be the name most mention, he has great support and is becoming a marketable fighter. Will he be fighting the best out of the group. Def. not, but just like Khan he could suffer a defeat, but will still be consider the attraction because of his support from both his promotion and fans.

Kirkland in my opinion could have the most impact, if he has hunger and stays focus. He could become a name sooner or later with his exciting style that fans love. Im afarid though he could become that avoided fighter that we tend to witness in boxing.

What about Berto? I have feeling this guy will eventually move up since the names are moving to 154.
