Very little research or use of sources.

An article cannot stand on opinion alone m8.

I do hate Bob Arum though and yes promoters like him and King giving his prize fighters gift decisions IS the reason boxing is going down the drain.

5/7/11 - Shane Mosley - His last 2 fights were a draw against Sergio Mora and a damn near shut out loss to Floyd.
11/13/10 - Margarito at a catch weight. After Margarito was caught cheating and was KO'd in his last big fight
3/13/10 - Joshua Clottey - This is after Clottey already lost to Margarito and Cotto
11/14/09 - Cotto at a catch weight - This is after Cotto got the $hit beat out of him by Margarito
5/2/09 - Hatton. This is after Hatton already got KTFOd by Floyd
12/6/08 - De La Hoya at a catch weight - This is after Oscar had already lost to Floyd

seems like to me you dont like the politics of boxing.mosley is getting a fight because there is no one left.on paper mosley is the guy you want on your resume.he already has jmm on there and berto his high risk low reward fight so because of know fight with mayweather he is fighting shane.it aint the end of the world and shitter fights have been made before so get over it, time to talk about who wins and why.

bob makes the fights and manny fights.it is what it is, get it together or leave it alone.

its not pacquiao's fault...he will fight whoever is put in front of him, he doesn't care...he wants the mayweather fight but unfortunately Floyd is on "vacation"

Clottey and margarito fight happens only cuz your boy is too scared to fight pacquiao.

Get your fact straight, delahoya called out a ****ing lightweight when he was a jr middleweight. Funny how people forget that and only remember a weight drained delahoya. It wasn't a catchweight it was a welterweight fight.

Hatton was on a 2 fight win streak and was coming off an impressive victory over malignaggi.

Cotto- floyd never fought nuff said

wow, if pacquaio let us all down by fighting guys bigger than him that most boxing fans gave him no chance of winning before, then who should have Pacquiao fought instead? Guys like Cotto, Margarito, Clottey are not push overs, they are live competition no matter what you say, hell, name me a guy from flyweight to lightweight who have the guts to fight those aforementioned fighters. Even PBF avoided them like plague. The truth is Pacquiao fought them even if he doesn't have to, he could have chose to keep fighting lws & lwws but Pac chooses to challenge himself. and still, he gets no credit from the haters.

    I agree.

Also, lets not give Floyd a pass here. Look at his fights:

Shane Mosley-Who was coming off a very impressive victory, albeit like 15 months before this fight, and had shown signs of being long in the tooth before his win vs Margcheato
Juan Manuel Marquez-Who was coming up from lightweight and was 37 or something. Also, PBF, didn't even bother making totally making weight for that fight.
Hatton-I can't argue with this fight, even though a blind man could see that this was going to be another Gatti-like beat down.
ODH-Who could blame PBF for this fight? Or anyone on the planet--including Pacquiao, it was everyone's goal to fight the GoldenBoy because of all the paper they could make off of his excellent commercial appeal.
Baldawhoever-This fight was complete joke. Dude had at least 10 losses on his record, and didn't belong in the same zip code as PBF, let alone the same ring.
Judah-who just was embarrassed in his hometown, by a B level fighter at best.
    Sharmba Mitchell-Who?
Gatti-Can't argue with this fight, at this point in PBF career, noone outside of diehards even knew his name, so it makes perfect sense to take this fight. Not really a question of who would win though.
    Henry Bruseles-See Baldowhoever's comments.

Out of both these fighters I would say that IMO, the only two fights that I could argue with Pac is his one with David Diaz-instead of Nate Campell, and his choosing of Mosley for his next one.

    Here are some questions:

-If he wants to build a fight with PBF, shouldn't he fight the same guys, and try to beat way better? Fighters don't stay at the same level after losses, I know this, but business wise, its a good move.
-Instead of the obvious gay ass catch weight stuff, who else should have Pac fought? I can think of two-Nate Campell, and Berto/Marquez rubber match. Please, Pac has fought very strong opposition.

    Questions for PBF:
-Why didn't he wait for Tyzu like he was saying? He said to be the best he has to beat the best. He fought Gatti and Bruwhoever(limited strong brawler)
-Why didn't he fight Paul Williams?
    -Why didn't he fight Margacheato?
    -Why didn't he fight Cotto?
-Why didn't he fight Cory Spinks who was on fire back then?
-Who does he thinks he is? Make people take all of these tests(good idea, bad timing).
-Why is he on vacation? He said to Mosley that vacations are not good reasons not to fight.
