I have a feeling Haye will still agree to July 2nd with Wlad having to fight Chisora first! Just to much money in the fight to say no.

Yes mate. It was an interview on the news channel so I can only paraphrase what he said. He said that all parties agreed to fight on a date with the backing of German and British TV but it still never happened.

I despise Haye like most people, but Wlad is fighting an absolute nobody here. Chisora ain't even on Audley's level. Chisora is a 6"1 local talent midget on the UK circuit who stands no chance of even testing Wlad's chin. This is ABSOLUTLY disgusting conduct from the so called undisputed champion.

Hell yeah.... it's pointless for Wlad to let Haye sit him on the shelf for another long period of time. Haye did this to Wlad last time... and then pulled out at the last minute. Wlad isn't about to let that happen again. You have to love a Champ that wants to stay active.

Booth left out some important info.

Klitschko turned and said they were fighting Chisora because:

Klitschko side said we want an interim fight, 9-10 months off is too long, and Haye can take an interim fight too if he wants.

    Haye side said no.

So, instead of Haye lining up two fights, first Chagaev, and then Wladimir, Haye just has one fight now, with Chagaev.

Does that make sense on the part of Haye? To anyone?

    No.

    A Champion should be active.

I hope Haye agree's to the fight in July as well as chagaev! I wonder if Haye was calling his bluff by saying NO but Wlad went through with it? I hope Haye now agree's July with another fight in April

Hmm Leonard took years off before fighting Hagler, but I suppose that is beside the point.

the Chagaev fight imo won't happen unless its in Germany and I really can't see it happening. I suspect Haye will be upgraded to Super Champ and Chagaev gets to fight for the regular title.

It does look like Haye is being ducked, what a joke.
