according to Booth Sky agreed a deal and then Wlad decided to fight Chisora.

he was also quoted as saying that Wlad is messing his own tv station around.

I had hoped the presenter would have asked it, given that he didn't we can only assume that its true or the presenter didn't know.

    Ringside will certainly be interesting!

Hopefully we will see Haye before, but I seriously doubt it

Boxing Scene says that Sky refused to move the date due to Amir Khans PPV on the 16th of April. There were no dates in May or June that worked. Sky ****ed this fight up so they could bring us Amir Khan vs Lamont Peterson for **** sake!!

I guess we see Haye vs Chagaev on one of the dates with Sky in May or June that did not fit with RTL.

yeh but the date was July 2nd. Wlad was well within his rights to say I am not going 9 months without a fight.

    Sky are to blame.

Khan vs Peterson should be on regular sky sports. Khan vs Peterson will be a **** bill they will probably get some Hatton promotion fighters and Craig Mcewan, Jamie Kavanagh etc on the card.

Boxing is a joke, no wonder hardly anyone gives a **** about it.

The heavyweight champion of the world is having a 7 month lay off and then fighting a domestic level fighter in only his 15th pro fight instead of the biggest heavyweight fight in years.

Likewise the other champion fights Audley Harrison.

Mayweather - Pac will never happen...

    What a crock of ****...

Doubt it if Wlad still intends to fight Haye on July 2nd.

What's booked up for late March. Maybe get Chagaev in Vegas on hbo & build up his US profile. Or Double up with khan over there on April 16th. Would make sense.

I dont blame Wlad for wanting a tune up.Hes an active fighter and he doesnt want to take this fight being out the ring 9 months.
Haye should also take a April/May fight.

seeing as you are right into the guts of this thing instead of assigning blame go and find a solution and contact Sky to get it sorted.

No point blaming Sky until you know why they were offering that date.

If Khan is on PPV in April then they could easily have another one at the end of May early June.
