It doesn't really matter that much tbh. It's a "stay busy" fight, so anyone on that list will be just fine (except Guzman).
I hope he fights Prescott. He'll stick it to the Khan haters who tune in to seem him get knocked out again. It's the perfect time to avenge that defeat. You know it makes sense.
Unless he's going to do a tag team match with Pacquiao against Mayweather who gives a ****. Incase you cant tell I am pissed off this has ended a Haye v Klisrtchko fight.
...And the ***** will come in to heavy. On a serious note...it will DEFINATLY be Peterson. And it will be boring. But it matters not...Bradley is the one we are waiting for and im sure that will happen in July. Its just a disgrace that Sky think this will be PPV material and think it more important than Haye vs Wlad
It's Peterson. The opponent was always going to be cheap as this fight is just so his UK fans (Lazarus and Darni )can go see him. The following fight back in the States will be more competitive.
seriously unless its Floyd Mayweather I am going to be seriously pissed off. Surley if its a PPV sky will reject someone like Peterson
Earth to Haymos - PPV isn't an endless pot of gold. Sky had already agreed the date with Khan - and him having Peterson or someone similar is comparable at worst to Ruiz and Harrison. It seems David trying to mug off the British public has backfired. Hopefully people now see him for what he really is.
khan getting the nod over haye is the right call. Khan isn't retiring and can be milked for years. He also didn't embarrass the station and the nation in his last fight.
I'd like it to be Paul McCloskey, as it wont be, next I'd like to see would be Breidis Prescott, though unfortunately Khan will probably try to get the easiest, safest fight possible so, it'll be a boring Lamont Peterson fight that'll go to a decision. If it is Peterson, I definitely wont pay a penny for it, that'll be even less eventful than Haye v Harrison...pretty sure anyone foolish enough to buy Khan/Peterson as a PPV will feel more ripped off than the Haye/Harrison fiasco...dull, dull fight...I cant see many people who'll want to pay for that?
No,no, no,no. "Milk for years", you think Sky view boxers as an investment that they are putting money in?... Sky couldn't give a **** about any boxer or what they do in the future, beyond the next SIGNED fight they are having with them, simply because there is no loyalty in boxing. The next fight after this Khan could well sign with ESPN on some insanely lucrative deal or some new sport channel etc etc, this happens, so you never waste money thinking into the future.
