Mike Tyson Prison Fights

Essentially. As stated he was in some sort of Juvenile prison and no doubt had a close eye on him throughout his time.

Added to the fact that MMA/UFC type sports were virtually non existant back then, the chances of an inmate with any skills of substance really doing much to him is low. We're also talking about one of the most talented HW's ever (at the time) who wasn't impartial to biting ears and breaking arms in boxing matches.

OH. And the media would get wind some way somehow. They'd pay big bucks for someones story if that actually happened, which it obviously more than likely didn't.

 

No way it happend. They didn't "figure him out"...they aren't professional MMA fighters who can take down people at will. Tyson could take them down and beat the **** out of them just as easily. I call bull****.

 

His ass hurts until this day. But I like Mike.

The point IS that mercer beating silva is just as irrelevant as coture beating toney. Yet, when **** gets brought up, mother****ers are quick to be like "oh, you seen what mercer did to a ex-mma champ, what do you think a boxer would do to a street fighter"?????

Yet, they neglect to mention in the same light that toney got is ass whooped by a MMA guy and the fact that Mercer got beat by a street fighter (Kimbo)

#1 there are boxing fans, then there are stupid boxing fans. The stupid boxing fans actually thought Toney had a chance.

#2 I was the ONLY boxing fan that made a post explaining how a congrats was in order for Coture, and of course, STUPID boxing fans get all butt hurt about it

#3 as soon as Toney got owned by grandpa coture, of course STUPID boxing fans revert back o bringing up this bull**** fight with mercer/silva

u can't read worth ****. I brought up Mercer to show you how powerful and precise a champion boxer is with mma gloves on against a former champion mma fighter's chin. Then I was implying that Tyson hits harder, then has no gloves and is going against a street thug :nut

 

Tim Sylvia would beat Ray Mercer over and over and over again if they fought time and time and time again, but as you can see from my Avatar, damn I loved that ****. lol

 

I'm sure if Osama Bolt went to prison - Im sure we'd hear stories of how he had underground races in jail and some inmates beat him a few times

And as somebody else said, there are some big, athletic ****ers in prison. I'm not sure why everybody on this thread seems to think Tyson, standing under 6 feet tall, could beat every single man on the planet in a street fight.

 

you know tyson was doing 5000 situps and 2000 pushups a day? lifted weights like a mad man legs like tree trunks cant see many people beating tyson even in jail
